So excited for this upcoming weekend !
MUSKOKA WITH VICTORIA ! :D its gonna be sweet.
can't wait to just take time off, forget any stress. anything that's bugging me. forget about everything and just chill.
sit by the lake, tan, sunglasses, favourite playlist, pink lemonade, and check out some guys with one of my favourite people in the world.

This weekend is gonna be SIIIICCCK.

Choice of Life Style.

Recently iv'e been taking more of an interest in what my brother has got to say. mostly about all the research he has done on, organic food, raw food, what to and not to eat. just a whole bunch of stuff like that.
i guess im starting to realize how important what you put in your body is.
not only the obvious foods, like sugar, and lard. but like milk, cheese, dairy in general.
And im not saying im going to go all the way. as in, ALL organic and ALL healthy ALL the time. i mean, let's face it, thats impossible. we all have our guilty cravings.
my most greatest craving, cheese and french fries.
although french fries isn't as bad as cheese, it is still empty calories.

anywho, some small changes iv'e started making are.
1) NO MILK. substitute --> rice milk. even better than milk.
2) CUT DOWN ON CHEESE --> it's difficult but working
3) NO POP/JUICE --> water. Not difficult at all, since i was already used to it. and only have bubble tea, or slushy once a week, when out with friends.
4) NO COFFEE --> good lord, this is a hard one, seeing that i'm a coffee-holic. BUT im trying.
5) MORE GREENS --> this one was harder than i thought, not so easy getting all the greens u need per day. my brother juices, but its GROSS. so i think im going to have to find an alternative.
6) FISH ONCE A WEEK. NO MORE, NO LESS. --> pretty hard.
7) NO GUM --> SUPER HARD. i love gum.
8) EAT RAW, AS OFTEN AS POSSIBLE --> this one is super inconvenient. But ill try and make an effort
9) DRINK MORE TEA --> this one i like :)
10) EAT AS MUCH AS ORGANIC FOODS AS POSSIBLE ! ! !
11) EXERCISE MORE ! ! !
12) POSITIVITY ! ! ! :D

My list seems pretty reasonable. Even though i know it's going to be incredibly difficult at first, it will be worth it in the long run. not only for my health but for the planet and the animals <3

DID YOU KNOW: The beaks of chickens, turkeys and ducks are often removed in factory farms to reduce the excessive feather pecking and cannibalism seen among stressed, overcrowded birds. :( BASTARDS.

The Funeral

I am completely IN LOVE with her voice.
The originality, simplicity, and flow it has to it. It's just amazing. I wish i had a voice like that. I really hope she comes out with album, cause i know ill be the first in line to get it.

Cage the Elephant

I'm not the type of person that's into boy bands, but theres something about cage the elephant thats really different and unique, could it be the sexy lead guitarist, Brad Shultz? or the breath taking, spunky lead singer, Matt Shultz? I guess it runs in there family ;) Ah well, who cares. I LOVE THEM.

Shida's 18th

Monday April 12 was my lovely cousins birthday, Shida.
She turned 18 :O Don't know if i should be happy or not?
bright side, lottery tickets, not so bright side, shes leaving next year for university. :( can't believe it, but i think i just might miss her. :( DOUUUUCHHE BAG! TAKE ME WITH YOU ! :'(

anywho, her mom got her a pretty sweet chris brown ice cream cake. she licked his face off goooooooood. ;) hahahaa
Ate like a piggggg took some really unattractive pictures.
I wanted to upload a really sexy picture on with cake all over shida's face, and me licking it off, but she wouldnt let me. ohhh weeelll.

Anyway, if you read this shida, i hope u had a great time, and i LOVE YOU TO DEAAATTHHHHHHH. <3 even though i tease you ;)

Kids Help Phone FAIL.

Another saturday gone to waste.
So, victoria and i are student ambassadors for Kids Help Phone.
Mostly for community hours, and to meet people.
Anyway, today we went to this Kick Off for kids help phone walk.. or something like that. To bad its on may 1st... CAUSE TORI AND I ARE GOING TO MUSKOKAAA :) (we get our OWN hotel room.. oh yeah, be jealous)
Back to it, we originally only went to see this pretty cool person we met at the first thing. turns out they NEVER came. figures.
So we said let's just leave, but of course, you cant.
Once again, we were stuck with a bunch of people, mostly cool, but some.. eh.
Let's just say we were about to shoot each other.
Well, we tried to make the best of it, BUT OH GOD. THE GAMES. THE STUPID GAMES! THERE WERE SO MANY OF THEM! :O
eventually we went on the scavenger hunt around downtown.. -.- SPRINTING! SPRINTING! SERIOUSLY?! AND THE PRIZE WAS CHOCOLATE... worst of all tori and i weren't even in the same TEAM.

Soon it was over. We got our community hours, and ran outta there.
Made our way on the subway, and finally got home.

Fail day? I think so.

Sweet Guitars

This was a pretty awesome long weekend.
Best part? DECORATING GUITARS WITH VICTORIA!
Had a kick-ass sleepover, watched "Detroit rock city", decorated our guitars, talked for 4 hours straight, creepy old men, and SHOPPING. what more could you ask for? ;)

Romeo&Juliet

We've been studying Romeo and Juliet in english and watching parts of the movie, so i decided to watch the entire thing at home. First off, AMAZING MOVIE and Leonardo Dicaprio is the most beautiful thing to walk this earth.

Anyway, after watching the movie i fell in love with this song.
Best of all, is was done by RADIOHEAD. one of my most favourite bands.

It is absolutely brilliant.
