Santa and Matching Sweaters

Yesterday after school my friend, Eleni and i went to the mall to do some last minute Christmas shopping. But of course, we get completely side-tracked and thaaaank god we did because we had the most childish, embarrassing and eventful evening of our lives.
1. We went to Disney store and bought matching christmas sweaters.
2. We took a picture with a drugged out Santa.
3. We got Yogen Fruz (i got a gingerbread one!)
4. We hung out on the beds at sears for two hours.
5. We played with children toys.
6. We went through children's clothing.
I guess you could say, we had an amazing evening.

Not a typical Friday Night

Hello one and all! ... tori ;)
anyway, tonight started out as a terrible friday night. Thought i was going to stay home, watching Threes Company with my dogs. But a miracle happened... well not really, but i went on twitter to find this hopeful tweet of "Skating anyone?!" and i was all like. HELL YES.
So, 30 minutes later i'm at the skating rink with people i would normally not hang out with on a friday night, which turned out to be one of the most simplest, yet cutest nights. After we were done with our 'graceful' skills and techniques on the ice we made our way to starbucks, loitered for 2 hours, laughed WAY to loud, had creepy old men staring at us, and read FML's feeling slightly better about our pathetic lives. After we were done being reckless, one of our pack left us and we made our booties to timmies, yet to find some crazy Muslim man speaking very loudly to his phone, even though terrified we still stayed. Talked about, excuse my french, stupid ass shit, laughed like there was no tomorrow when nothing was funny. I think that's how you know when you've found people you actually enjoy.
Hm, you'd be surprised about the people you never speak to, but could have everything in common. It's mind boggling.. well not really, i just wanted to say boggling, HAHAHAHA.
ANYWHO, this was a pretty shitty post, but oh well, i'm in a amazing mood.

BTW, when i got home THERE WERE HUGE SNOWFLAKES FALLING, NOTHING COULD'VE MADE THIS NIGHT BETTER.
ah, what an amazing night. :)

Harry Potter marathon.

I know this blog is a bit late, but what the hell?

My friend, taylor, and i had a harry potter movie marathon from august 6th-7th.
Let me start off by saying it was life changing, seriously.
i am currently reading the entire series. i changed my phone and laptop desktop background to a harry potter picture. and i can't stop thinking about it.
i LOVE IT.

anyway, back to our amazing weekend. it took place from 7pm-10am to the next morning.
15hrs baby. thats what you call dedication.
But u can't expect us to have a harry potter marathon without the proper food.
so, we made beer butter, chocolate covered pretzel wands, and pop rocks drinks. and i think you should know, the they all failed. but it was still deeeslish (Y) :) although we did have to walk from the grocery store to taylors house, because we're just that stupid not to check the bus times. -.- (btw, taylor was wearing wedges HAHA)

so, its 12am and we've only watched 2 movies, but we are feeling great.
then 4 am comes around and we are super hyper.
6 am arrives and were getting a bit drowsy.
9 am is a bitch.
10 am i passed out.

so, i highly recommend if you plan on having a marathon of any sort, please, please PLEASE start at 3pm. you will thank us.

over all, one of the best weekends of my life.

ps. this weekend we are having a starwars marathon with shannon. 8) hahaha.
oh and just so you all know, yes, we are in high school.

Epic Weekend? I think so.

So this past weekend was one of the best weekends of my life.

On the friday after school, i went a little more up north to oak ridges with a few friends for the oak ridged fair. it was so much fun! we chilled a little there then went to my other friends house, a few people went into the pool and the rest of us just hung out. But around 11pm we were waiting for our rides to go home, but while waiting in the backyard, a fellow popped his head over the fence and stared talking to us (clearly he was wasted) and asked if him and two friends could come join us in the pool...UMMM. HELLL NAAAH. so we made up a bunch of excuses so they could go away.anyway, eventually they left, but the second they walked away our ride pulled up, but they didn't know which house to stop at so they kept going, so we sprinted out of the backyard and ran to car! somewhat embarrassing but funny. :)

On the saturday 3 friends and i went to the NXNE music and film festival downtown. Its a festival that is held for 5 days, but we got the one day wristband for the music festival only. Anyway, they were only indie bands playing, which it like HEAVEN FOR ME, cause that's all i listen to. We took the subway at 11am and got there around 12. After awhile we realized we were EXTREMELY early, like 7 hours too early. cause thats when all the venues open for the wristband holders, but luckily there were still a lot of bands play on younge and dundas square to kill some time.
long story short. WE MET THE SOFT PACK, GOT AUTOGRAPHS AND PICTURES.
ALSO MET DIGITS AND GOT AUTOGRAPHS.
GOT INTO 19+ BARS TO SEE THE SICKEST BANDS EVER.
BUT.. we have never sweat or walked SO MUCH in our entire lives.
omg. it was really just the most amazing experience of my life. LEGIT.
and next year we will know exactly what to do and where to go. :)
CAN'T WAIT ! :D

Can somebody say MUSKOKA?!

so, i know this post is a little late, seeing as we came back from Muskoka on sunday.
haha oh well.

Anyway, we got to skip friday, so tori slept over on thurs, and we hit the road on friday afternoon. Car ride was about 2 1/2 hours. Not that bad.
once we got to the delta grand view resort all any of us could do was SCREAM. " AHH OMG .. OMG.. OMG. I CAN'T BREATH, THIS IS AMAZING.. A-MA-ZING, SO BEAUTIFUL, CAN WE MOVE HERE? PLEAAASE?!"
haha yeah, it was pretty spectacular.
so my parents went to get the room keys, now tori and i were just expecting a regualr hotel building, oh but no! they were like little cottages! it was adorable!
so we SPRINTED towards our rooms, put the key in the lock, flung the door open, AND SCREAMED LIKE THERE WAS NO TOMORROW.
when i stepped inside my heart started beating like mad, we saw a full kitchen, a dinning room, and a living room. as for the rooms, they were just.. AMAZING.
my parents room, two beds, nice tv, master bathroom, and a door to the balcony (huge balcony btw)then our room was a standard, one queen/king? bed, full bathroom, and nice ass tv, but the coolest part about our room was the separate door that lead outside. haha perfect for sneaking out, sucks that my conscious wouldn't let us do that. -.- LOL. it's cool.
anyway, best part about the resort was the lake (:
even though the weather wasn't so nice when we went, it was still so beautiful.
basically the entire weekend we went swimming, watched movies and walked around the lake (:
oh and there was an indoor court, so we played basketball, floor hockey, soccer and tennis.. ahah it was actually pretty amusing.

even though we didn't do to much, it was still a great weekend, spent with my great parents and one freakin' great person :)

Kids Help Phone FAIL.

Another saturday gone to waste.
So, victoria and i are student ambassadors for Kids Help Phone.
Mostly for community hours, and to meet people.
Anyway, today we went to this Kick Off for kids help phone walk.. or something like that. To bad its on may 1st... CAUSE TORI AND I ARE GOING TO MUSKOKAAA :) (we get our OWN hotel room.. oh yeah, be jealous)
Back to it, we originally only went to see this pretty cool person we met at the first thing. turns out they NEVER came. figures.
So we said let's just leave, but of course, you cant.
Once again, we were stuck with a bunch of people, mostly cool, but some.. eh.
Let's just say we were about to shoot each other.
Well, we tried to make the best of it, BUT OH GOD. THE GAMES. THE STUPID GAMES! THERE WERE SO MANY OF THEM! :O
eventually we went on the scavenger hunt around downtown.. -.- SPRINTING! SPRINTING! SERIOUSLY?! AND THE PRIZE WAS CHOCOLATE... worst of all tori and i weren't even in the same TEAM.

Soon it was over. We got our community hours, and ran outta there.
Made our way on the subway, and finally got home.

Fail day? I think so.

A New Start?

Hmm, my first blog ever. I'm not to sure why i started one. Maybe boredom?

well, i've decided to reinvent myself. I've started to play the guitar again, thanks to one of the greatest people in the world, Victoria. I've realized how much i missed it. Never too late. :)

And i wanna start to do things that aren't predictable, like this easter weekend coming up, victoria and i are gonna buy some cheap white sweat pants and tie dye them! also have a sweet sleepover decorating our guitars.

Our plans include; mastering a song on the guitar, going downtown with "FREE HUG" signs and just chilling. Make some money and some memorable laughs. Take awesome pictures, and make a ridiculous collage. :)

Next time someone invites me to the theaters or mall, im gonna tell them lets try something like, shopping at a thrift store or finding a drive-in movie.
