
I've been a vegetarian since dec, 18/09. As in NO meat whatsoever, not even seafood.
And, i will admit i have a been a crappy vegetarian. I used to eat no vegetables or fruits... so basically i was lacking everything my body needed. I started to get dizzy, and i was just dying.
So, i started eating REALLY healthy, and tried different protein shakes. It was working for awhile, but i still didn't restore all of vitamins and such i needed.
I talked to a few friends about it, and they suggested i started eating seafood instead. I considered it or a really long time. It wasn't that i was "craving" meat, it was that i wasn't eating what a real vegetarian was supposed to eat.
So the other day my dad made fish for himself, and he really encouraged me to start eating seafood earlier.
I cut a piece, and legit stared at it for 20mins, debated if i should eat it or not.
This may sound cheesy, but it was one of the hardest things i've ever had to do. I'm not sure why, but i just couldn't seem to put that stupid little piece of fish in my mouth.
After a good 10mins, i finally put it in my mouth and swallowed. It wasn't as bad as i thought. From now on i am going to eat seafood.
I don't think i would be classified as a vegetarian, but i don't care. :)
JUST BECAUSE I EAT SEAFOOD NOW, DOESN'T MEAN I DON'T LOVE ANIMALS!
