Just A Thought

Now, I'm the type of person that loves controversy, and loves starting it.
All in good nature, of course.
Religion is one of my favourite topics. See, I'm an atheist, which means i don't believe in god, or any high power. Mostly just scientific theories and such.

This may get a bunch of people upset, but i don't mean it any offensive way.
I'd just like to hear people opinions.

I guess i just never understood the "bible". I mean, i know the basics, Adam & eve,talking snake, tree, apple, jesus, ect. And i always thought of it as a fantasy book.
I always thought "where did the bible even come from?", "did someone just decide to write it cause they were bored?", "Why do people believe in something, when there is no scientific evidence of a high power".
How do you know all of this is true?
I guess i only believe things when i see it. Now thats just me.
Some people say they've had personal experiences and such. That's great, but you never know if it was what they think it was. You know?

This may make me a HUGE hypocrite but i do believe in an after-life, but not heaven or hell. I'm not sure what that means. But for the most part, i go with my instincts instead of praying. I just let fate decide for me.

No one knows anything for sure. So all you can do for now is debate and come to a logical conclusion. Right?
